Black Woman Who Spent $6,700 at Louis Vuitton Store Contacts An Attorney After Being Accused Of Fraud.

A Michigan woman visited the Louis Vuitton store inside of a Saks Fifth Avenue to shop for gifts. After spending $6,731 on designer bags, a key chain, and a belt among other items, Dana Hale and her daughter were accused of credit card fraud.

Believing that she was racially-profiled during the incident, Dana has now contacted an attorney and plans to fight back.

"They profiled me because I was in sweats. Because I am Black they could just treat people any kind of way."
The Store Offered her an apology and a Full Refund plus she could keep the merchandise, but Dana declined.
